1. What is the Lock n Key referral program and how does it work?
Love our work? Share it with friends and family! With Lock n Key’s referral program, you can earn 3% to 5% of your friend’s project value when they complete a home interior project with us.
If you're a past or current Lock n Key customer with a valid project ID, just fill out our referral form with both your and your friend’s details. Once full payments are made on both sides, your referral reward gets processed.
2. Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
Anyone who has completed a project or made full payment for an ongoing project with Lock n Key is eligible to refer.
Your referred friend must be a new customer and should book a project with a minimum value of ₹2 lakh in modular interiors. Full payment is required for the referral to be valid.
3. How many people can I refer?
There’s no limit! Refer as many friends or family members as you’d like. The more you refer, the more you earn.
4. If I refer multiple people, how will payments be managed?
We track each referral by the date of full payment confirmation from your friend. Payouts are processed in that order.
5. How will I receive my referral reward?
Once the referred project is confirmed and fully paid, we’ll reach out to you via email for your bank details. All payouts are made securely via bank transfer.
6. When will I receive the referral payout?
Your reward will be processed within 30 business days from the date your friend’s final payment is completed.
7. What if I don’t receive my payout?
